This guide explains how to navigate your SingSaver My Rewards dashboard, track product applications, and complete the steps required to receive your promotional gifts.
General Overview
What is the My Rewards dashboard?
The My Rewards dashboard is your centralized hub to track every financial product you have applied for via SingSaver—such as credit cards, investment accounts, insurance, and personal loans and manage the status of your eligible promotions rewards.
You can track your rewards on the My Rewards Dashboard. Click on the Reward Tracker or Log In button on SingSaver's website to access it.
After you have login to your account, you will see your dashboard account.
How do I find a specific application?
Filter by Product Category: Use the left navigation menu under My Rewards to filter by Credit Cards,Insurance, Loans, Banking, or Investments.
Filter by Reward Status: Click the Status dropdown menu at the top right to filter applications by their current stage (e.g., Awaiting Form Submission).
Search: Use the Search rewards & providers bar to search directly by bank name, provider, or product name.

Why do some sidebar items show "Coming Soon"?
Features such as My Dashboard, My Vouchers, My Policies, and Account Info are currently under development. In future updates, these sections will allow you to access delivered digital gift codes, track insurance coverage details, and manage profile preferences directly within your account.
